This is a new restaurant but felt cozy. The staff was really nice and super friendly. We ordered 2 of the Mix platters and the Appitizer Sampler as the best way to try a wide range of food and what a great choice. My only down was my pork needed a little more sauce on my mix plate. I had chicken and pork and my husband had the steak and ribs. Great stuff and we got 5 meals out of it because the portions are so generous. The price was reasonable and I can't wait to try the tacos, a customer was having them at a table near us.
I’m often let down by mainland Hawaiian food due to poor meat quality and lackluster flavors, but Blue Fish completely exceeded my expectations. Simply put, the food is outstanding. In an era where many restaurants cut corners to save costs, it’s rare to leave a place feeling truly satisfied rather than regretting the experience and wondering about its future. I’ll be recommending this spot to friends to help support one of the few places still offering a quality meal at a reasonable price. Keep doing your thing, Blue Fish!
If you haven’t been here you’re missing out! We got a few of their dishes and an appetizer and it was all so flavorful! We also got a dessert and was a little skeptical of the pistachio ice cream on top but was a great combination with the warm apple pie
Came in for the new lunch special. The Fish Tacos are damn food! -------------------------------------------- This was my second time in to Blue Fish, these guys are putting out some very high quality Hawaiian food. I had the teriyaki steak which came out tender with great flavor! I'm coming back for the ribs soon
Medford has a LOT of restaurants, THIS is one of the very best. Unique Hawaiian fusion. Every meal that we've had has been perfect. Cynthia and her staff are warm and welcoming. The menu is extensive and diverse. The restaurant may be small but the satisfaction is huge.
Cynthia and her staff are just a delight. Our food was fresh and hot. I had the Hula Salad which is great on a hot day like today. Daniel had the ribs and he just kept saying that they're sooo good! The Blue Hawaiian drink is absolutely delicious. We'll definatelty be back due to this and the great ambiance.
It's a much more restaurant style then no hos. The different types of Hawaiian blended food is amazing. The pork rolls are my favorite. I've been here twice now and both times were amazing The staff are all super nice and welcoming. Support this business!
Blue fish has the best ribs I've had in my entire life. Not exaggerating. We always have amazing service. I love that it's a ma and pa hidden little gem. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
